Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OneList.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta service

OneList.ai is currently in beta. The Service is provided free of charge to beta users and may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable at any time. We may introduce paid plans in the future for new accounts.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method (Google account or email inbox) secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the tasks, notes, links, and files you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited right to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and, if you choose to make your list public, to display it at your public handle URL.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Upload malware, viruses, or attempt to compromise the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Public lists

Lists are private by default. If you make your list public, its contents will be visible to anyone with your handle URL. You are responsible for what you choose to publish publicly.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or where required by law.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneList.ai and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
